All fees for services are clearly communicated prior to engagement. All fees are non-refundable once services have begun or been rendered. Payments must be made in full before delivery of completed work or filing. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in service suspension and additional fees.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While Pinnacle Performance Tax LLC strives for accuracy and compliance, we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, refund amount, or approval. Tax results are dependent on IRS and state agency processing and verification.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

We respect your privacy. All personal and financial information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. Data is secured in compliance with applicable privacy and professional standards.

6. Limitation of Liability
